Reset Pending Opt-Ins for a User.

If you have a user that needs to have all of their contacts with a Pending Opt-In email status reset to an Unknown status, follow the steps below.

From your Accounts list, locate the account you want and click on the Pencil to edit the account.

Click the Reset Pending Opt-Ins.

Click the Reset Pending Opt-Ins.

Confirm the Reset and look for confirmation at the top of the page
