Managing multiple email templates
You may find that after adding multiple email templates it is harder to find the template you need. This feature makes it fast and easy for you to sort through your many templates and find just the right one.
Navigate to "Settings" then "Email Settings..."
Click on the "Choose a Template to Edit..." drop down
Type the name, or part of the name, of the email you are looking for in the search box
NOTE: Sometimes less is more. Type just a few letters of what you are looking for and you let the system do the work for you.
A list of templates that match your text will appear just under the search box.
Click to choose the template you wanted to edit.
You may now edit your template.
