Add a note to the contact record about an Email Blast
When you send an email blast, you may want to put a note on each contact record documenting that you send them that blast.
Go to ClientTouch, select the group of contacts you want to email.

Start your blast process by clicking on Email Blast.
Select your email from a template.
**** WAIT! Don't hit "Send Blast Now" yet! **** First click the boxes that say "Also send this to Other Contact" and "Add a note...".
When the note is added to the contact record, you will create a history of the emails sent to the contact. There is no way to add this in after the email has been sent.
