Adding Action Sets to Deal Stages

Automate your workflow by adding an Action Set to each of your Deal Stages.

As you move deals from one stage to another, your Action Set will be triggered.

Go to Deals, then Deal Settings

Select the Deal Type

Select the Deal Type

Click Configure in Deal Stages.

Click Configure in Deal Stages.

Click the pencil icon to edit the stage.

Click the Triggers Action Set box and choose the Action Set to the Stage.

Select if you want to run the Action Set for the Primary Contact or All Related Contacts.

Click Save to keep your changes.

Helpful Tips

Action Sets will run one time, when you move someone into that deal stage.

The Magic Wand icon reminds you which stages have Action Sets attached.
