Customize your Time Zone and Daylight Savings Time

Time will be used in date stamps on the Contact Notes, when sending and scheduling Email Blasts, in the Calendar, etc.

You will want to make sure your selected time zone matches your real time zone to prevent confusion. Our system is automatically set to observe Daylight Savings Time. Many places like Arizona do not observe Daylight Savings Time so part of the year the time is off by one hour. Follow the steps below to correct that.

To modify your Time Zone, go to Settings then Account Settings.

Use the drop down to select your Time Zone.

If you do not observe Daylight Savings Time, check the box just under the time zone drop down.

Click Save to keep your changes.

You may check to see what the system thinks your time is by looking just under the Account Settings box.
